APARTMENT POLICY

Welcome at Stayci!

 

To ensure the safety and comfort of our guests, we also have a few house rules.

During your stay 

  • Make yourself at home and enjoy! 
  • Take good care of our inventory and inform us of any damages or missing/broken items. 
  • Double lock your apartment door at night as well as when you leave the apartment.  
  • Be considerate of other guests and neighbours. After 10:00pm it needs to be quiet. 
  • Contact Stayci to dispose of your garbage during your stay. Don’t leave your garbage on the streets. 
  • Turn off the lights and the heating down when you vacate the apartment. 
  • Smoking, drugs, and/or abusing alcohol are not allowed in our facilities. 
  • It is not allowed to use our apartments for commercial purposes. 

Check out 

  • Checkout is possible any time before 11:00am. 
  • Collect all garbage and leave in closed bags in the kitchen. 
  • Put your dishes in the dishwasher and start a full program.  
  • Leave the apartment key(s) on the dining table before closing the door behind you. No need to check-out at our office.  

COVID-19

  • Keep 1.5m distance to other guests and Stayci staff members at all times. 
  • If you are not part of the same household, keep 1.5m distance from each other (also inside the apartment). 
  • Strictly follow guidelines prescribed by RIVM (National Institute for Public Health and the Environment). 
  • Use common sense and take responsibility where needed. 

Note 

  • Be careful with your keys. In case of loss, all locks in the apartment building need to be changed at your expense. 
  • For your and our safety, Stayci staff reserve the right to access the apartments at all times. 

 

By signing this document you agree to adhere to our apartment policy and accept all responsibility for yourself and other people in your party. I you do not, Stayci Serviced Apartments reserves the right to cancel your booking, end your booking and/or withhold your security deposit.
