Credit card details
Credit card details are required to pay the prepayment which is needed to guarantee your booking. Stayci.com charges your credit card via stripe.com. Stripe is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1, the most stringent level of certification. No credit card data is stored on our servers. Should any problems occur regarding your credit card, Stayci.com will inform you. At all times, only valid credit cards are accepted for online booking and it is your responsibility to enter the correct details. In the event that your credit card does not provide a sufficient guarantee, Stayci.com has the right to cancel your reservation at the apartment provider and to notify you of the cancellation by e-mail. Stayci.com has no involvement in or influence on financial issues. All financial issues are between the apartment manager and you directly. The website of Stayci.com is secured with the SSL technology (Secure Socket Layer). By using this technology your personal data and credit card details will be encrypted before all information will be sent to stripe.com and our secure booking server. To protect our customers, our servers and network are protected with Firewalls. Therefore we can guarantee our customers that providing us with your personal details is 100% safe and secure.
Email correspondence
After you have processed your booking on our website, you will receive a notification from Stripe that you card has been charged. At the same time we will send you a confirmation email to confirm your booking with us. When you book an apartment through one of our websites, it is your responsibility to inform Stayci.com should you not receive a confirmation e-mail. This usually occurs as a result of a strong junk mail filter or an incorrectly entered e-mail address. For any problems regarding confirmation e-mails please contact our reservations department through contact details stated above. If for any reason you are unable to access the email address you gave us in the booking registration form, please email us using an alternative email address as soon as possible. To develop our booking service, we may send you after sales emails. In case you do not wish to participate with this service, please inform us at reservations@stayci.com. Stayci.com is free to send news & specified offers based on your preferences, to the e-mail address provided in your reservation or your subscription to the newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any given moment, by simply clicking on a link in the e-mail. Should you have any questions or remarks about our privacy statement, please contact us.
Pricing
Our prices are very competitive. If you believe that you have found a lower rate for the same apartment as actually booked through Stayci.com for the same dates, please notify us within 24 hours from the time of booking and we shall investigate it. The accommodation at the lower price must be an online price from an online travel retailer. A special offer price, discounts due to frequent flyer mileage credits, a promotional price or a price, which is part of a package, are excluded.
Availability
Stayci.com sells apartments from an inventory supplied by each apartment manager, and does not over-sell that inventory. Stayci.com does not accept any liability for unavailability of apartments caused by the apartment manager overselling its own apartment inventory.
Booking
Your reservation is made directly with the apartment manager you have chosen. By confirming your reservation with Stayci.com you are entering into a contract with the apartment manager. When you make a reservation through Stayci.com, the rates that you see on the website at the time you make the booking are the rates that we apply and confirm to you. Please read carefully the apartment rate details that are provided before you make your online booking. If there are any unforeseen changes or problems with your reservation, we will automatically contact you first for your approval/instructions, before arranging a reservation for you.
Special requests
Special requests such as those entered into the comments box at the time of making your booking, will be delivered to the apartment manager, however neither the apartment manager nor Stayci.com shall be held liable should the apartment manager fail to accommodate such requests.
Alteration & Cancellation
If you wish to alter your booking (e.g. change the dates of your stay or the accommodation requested), we will use all our reasonable efforts to comply with your request, however we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so and we accept no liability for any loss, damage or additional expense that may be incurred in that circumstance. Stayci.com has the right to cancel your booking within 72 hours after booking time. In case of cancellation by Stayci.com, Stayci.com will attempt to offer you a similar apartment in the same quality and price classification, but shall not be held liable should it fail to do so. Should an apartment manager have to alter or cancel a booking, provided that we are informed of it, we will do our utmost to inform you where is reasonably possible; at times it may not always be possible to contact you before your departure. In the event of the apartment manager cancelling your booking, we have no liability to you with regards to making a refund or offering any compensation.
Limitation of Liability
Stayci.com excludes all warranties, express or implied, relating to this website. This includes, but is not limited to, any implied warranty that the information it contains is accurate or up to date or is suitable for any particular purpose. Stayci.com shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered as the result of the use of this website. Stayci.com shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damage that may arise as a consequence of the client’s use of the apartment, including without limitation, damages, insurance, losses because of fire, robbery or criminal behaviour. Stayci.com is not to be considered as a party in litigation, nor shall it or any of it’s employees be required to be a party to any litigation arising directly or indirectly from the booking of accommodation.
Our Website
The apartment managers supply all apartment information and descriptions. Whilst we do our utmost to maintain accuracy and to check details wherever possible, Stayci.com cannot be held liable for any errors or omissions that may arise, or be responsible or liable for any negligence in relation to information on or accessible from this website. Stayci.com also reserves the right to change information published on the site at any time, including rates, descriptions and photographs. Stayci.com makes no warranty or representation about the fitness or suitability of any product or service advertised on its website. It cannot accept responsibility for any changes or closures to local amenities or attractions listed within the web site or literature. Users enter site at own risk. We offer no guarantee any content downloaded from this site will not have a harmful effect on your computer (such as loss of data etc). Although every care has been taken to prevent this from happening, we always recommend running a virus scan on any content downloaded from the Internet.

Force Majeure
All property rentals on this site are subject to the local laws and legal conventions of The Netherlands. Such laws may change without notice. In the event that new or existing laws governing the short-term rental of properties, which may have an adverse effect on such rentals (including, but not limited to prohibition of such rentals), come into effect, Stayci.com will endeavour to relocate any pending arriving parties in alternative accommodation (to a similar standard). In the event that relocation is not possible, or undesired, the apartment provider will refund any monies paid for affected accommodation booked through Stayci.com. Stayci.com will not accept responsibility for the enforcement, amendment or introduction of such laws, and no compensation (beyond refunding of deposits) will be entertained.
Adjustments
Stayci.com reserves the right to update any of its terms and conditions at any time, as may be required and as may be in line with the company’s business. The onus is placed on all parties using the website to undertake adequate measures to ensure that they visit any such terms and conditions on a regular basis. By agreeing to use this site, it is implied that any such third party accepts any such changes, and that any such third party undertakes to comply with any such changes.
